As a Leadership Coach and Organizational Effectiveness leader, I know that a business is only as strong as its people. My goal in working with clients is to provide thoughtful, specialized, and appropriate business solutions to challenging leadership and organizational development opportunities.
Professional Roadmap
Jennifer has a unique blend of real-world business experience coupled with a deep understanding of leadership and organizational development and change management – all of which she brings to support her coaching clients. Her coaching expertise is in working with emerging and tenured leaders preparing for their next level, transitioning into new roles, and/or in need of help in strengthening some of their skills and approaches.
She has been involved with employee and leadership development and coaching efforts throughout her career, working with employees, managers, and leaders at all levels, including Government leaders, and Mid-level Executive to C-Suite leaders.
She has worked with numerous organizations including Accenture, Freddie Mac, Amtrak, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Carolina Power and Light, The Association for American Retired Persons, The Corps Network, and Navient.
She was an adjunct faculty member within the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where she taught graduate and undergraduate Human Resources and Organizational Development courses. She is also a contributing author of the book, You@Work.
