Michael-MedinaLions, tigers, and bears, oh my! While creating an employee handbook isn’t impossible, it can be for the inexperienced like me. We are a small company with employees in multiple states which did make the task more difficult. However, we were referred to Jen by our broker and made the whole process as smooth. Jen was able to put together a draft template that covered all of the states and unique situations we encounter. After a few revisions we had a handbook up and running. The great part is it doesn’t stop there; Jen is now our HR expert on call to help with any situation that may develop in the future.
