Leadership coaching and development for emerging, new, and established leaders.

Helping Leaders Realize Their Full Potential

True leadership stems from individuality that is honestly and sometimes imperfectly expressed … Leaders should strive for authenticity over perfection.
— Sheryl Sandberg

We spend over one third of our lives working — it doesn’t have to be an experience with which we struggle.

For the individual:

  • Are you new or stalled in your career?

  • Do you find yourself getting easily annoyed at work and/or not being able to control your emotions?

  • Do you feel like you are on a never-ending treadmill that keeps going faster and faster?

  • Have you been told that you are a key contributor to the organization but aren’t ready for the next level?

For an organization:

  • Do you have new leaders who don’t know how to lead and/or manage?

  • Do you have a team(s) that aren’t working well together leading to customer service issues, product deficiencies, and/or poor quality and missed deadlines?

  • Are there leaders in your organization who can’t seem to keep their employees?

Outcomes From Coaching

Coaching is typically a very individual experience, and the desired outcomes are set by the person or group being coached. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The results can be life changing.

Depending upon your goals for your coaching, outcomes can include:

  • Improved competencies and skills

  • Improve relationships

  • Identification and mitigation of limiting beliefs

  • Exploration and changing of mindsets and habits

  • Better understanding of yourself and what brings you joy and happiness

Ultimately, this can lead to new ways of thinking, expanded opportunities, and growth.

Coaching Approach

Jen’s coaching approach starts with creating an environment in which individuals and teams feel safe. From there, I work with my clients to identify the results they want to achieve from the coaching relationship.

She often leverages various assessment tools to provide feedback and insights for clients. She’s a big believer in coaching plans which serve as a key guiding document in the coaching process and help ensure actions and accountability are in place. Afterall, “A goal without a plan is just a wish,” according to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

Jen sees herself as a partner to her clients – and her clients appreciate her ability to listen for what’s being said and not said, asking thought-provoking questions, create a trusting relationship in which clients always feel supported, and help them make considerable progress in reaching their desired outcomes.
